ACE SEND API

Changelog ​

The API is versioned in the path: /v1. Within a version we only add — new fields, endpoints, optional request fields, webhook events, error and failure codes, enum values. Make your client ignore what it does not know. A change that could break a client (a removed or renamed field, a new required request field, a changed meaning) comes as a new version, announced in advance, with the old one kept running for a transition period.

November 2026 ​

  • Documentation published at docs.ace-send.com, with the OpenAPI document at /openapi.json.
  • GET /v1/fields and POST /v1/contacts: custom fields of contacts; API keys get the contacts permission.
  • SMS: channel: "sms", own texts (text), segments, encoding and from in the message.

October 2026 ​

  • API v1: POST /v1/messages, GET /v1/messages, GET /v1/messages/{id}, GET /v1/templates; test keys and the sandbox; idempotency keys; webhooks with Standard Webhooks signatures.
